- How to Book: To book a Pickleball or Golf Simulator session or join a league, create an account as either a member or a non-member (free).
- Card on File Required:
- Members: Club members are required to keep a valid credit card on file and will be billed monthly for court costs, guest fees, equipment rentals, leagues, open play, incidentals, and any other purchases or services consumed at Pickle & Pin.
- Non-Members: Non-members will also be required to keep a credit card on file for bookings, fees, drinks, and other charges, and will be billed at the time of booking or purchase.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Do I have to be a member to book a session?
Nope! You can choose to create a free member account, but a free non-member account is necessary to make a booking.
Is there free parking available?
Free street parking is available, along with several other parking lots located near the club.
Can I bring kids with me?
What is the recommended club attire?
Pickleball: Clean, dry tennis shoes are required for pickleball, and athletic, comfortable clothing is recommended.
Golf Simulator: Clean, dry footwear is required, with athletic and comfortable clothing recommended.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes! You can log into your account or app to reschedule your reservation. If it is within 48 hours of your reservation, please call or text 616.606.0099 with your name, reservation date, and desired alternate date and time.
Am I booking a court/simulator for the group or making an individual booking?
For regular court and simulator sessions, the hourly rate covers booking the court or simulator for up to 6 people. One person will book for the group and provide the guest names during the booking process.
For Open Play / Drop-In Pickleball, you are booking an individual spot, so each person will need to book their own slot in each session. You will be paired with others who book as well—it’s a great opportunity to meet new people!
What is the weather policy?
We are open unless the governor recommends a business shutdown due to weather conditions. Refunds will be applied if Pickle and Pin closes for weather conditions.
Will club members need to keep a valid credit card on file?
Members: Club members are required to keep a valid credit card on file and will be billed monthly for court costs, guest fees, equipment rentals, leagues, open play, incidentals, and any other purchases or services consumed at Pickle & Pin.
Non-Members: Non-members will also be required to keep a credit card on file for bookings, fees, drinks, and other charges, and will be billed at the time of booking or purchase.
Do you have to create an account to book?
Yes! Non-members wishing to reserve a court or book lessons online will be required to create an account and maintain a valid credit card on file. Applicable reservation and lesson fees must be paid at the time of booking.
If I'm a member, can I invite non-members to play?
Yes! Members can invite established non-members (with an account and credit card on file) to play through the member player directory. They can also invite guests (no account required) and will be charged non-member rates.
How are booking and guest fees handled for members and non-members?
Booking fees will be assessed based on membership type and charged to the individual player. Guest fees are the responsibility of the booking member and will be posted to their account. Non-members must pay at the time of booking.
What is Pickleball open play/drop in play?
Pickleball Open Play, or Drop-In Play, allows you to reserve a spot rather than a court. If others book at the same time, you’ll be paired with them—a great way to meet new people and enjoy the game without a set group or reservation. To participate, you must create an account and book your spot under the “Events.”
Can I use an app to reserve a court or simulator?
Yes! Use can download the CourtReserve app on the App Store or Google Play.
Can I play without a reservaton?
Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations cannot be guaranteed.
